What is the event fee and what’s included in that price? In addition to the minimum night Estate rental, event fees for weddings, parties, and other event functions will apply based on the event and number of guests. Please see the form below for typical event prices. Our event fees cover the cost of using our event space, including the cost of maintaining the landscaping around the Estate, ensuring that it looks beautiful and welcoming for you and your guests. This fee also covers the cost of obtaining the necessary permits required by local ordinances. It is important to note that the event fee does not include any additional services or amenities, such as catering, event planning, or audiovisual equipment. We believe that every event should be a unique and memorable occasion, which is why we encourage all guests to secure their own vendors to ensure that their special day can come to life exactly how they envision it. However, we are also able to provide a list of preferred vendors that are familiar with the Estate and may be able to help streamline this process.
